How do I share an aircraft with my co-owners?
Tap the owners button at the top of any screen, sign in or create a Hangarfolio account, and choose a plan. One owner subscribes and invites the others; joining someone else's aircraft is free.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are handled by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. You can also open Account & Sharing in Hangarfolio. If a subscription ends, nothing is deleted: the aircraft becomes read-only for co-owners until one of them subscribes, and each can keep their own copy.
My aircraft isn't showing on another device.
Aircraft only you use sync through iCloud: make sure you're signed in to the same Apple Account on both devices and iCloud is on for Hangarfolio. Shared aircraft sync through your Hangarfolio account: sign in with the same account on both.
Hangarfolio couldn't read my meter photo.
It reads Hobbs counters and engine displays that label their hours (such as Garmin's Engine Hours and Total Hours) on your device. Round tachs mostly don't read yet. Type the reading instead, and if you like, share the photo so Hangarfolio can learn to read meters like yours.
How do I delete my account?
In Hangarfolio, open Account & Sharing and tap Delete Account. The Privacy Policy explains what happens to your data.
