Hangarfolio for clubs is coming. Every aircraft's status, squawks and schedule in one place, with the right access for each pilot, instructor and mechanic. We're working with our first clubs now.
Roles
Everyone flies as a pilot. Add instructor, maintenance or admin to the people who need it. Priced per aircraft, so every member is included.
Checkouts
Pilots fly an aircraft once an instructor signs them off on it. Before then, they book it with an instructor. Checkouts can lapse if a pilot hasn't flown the aircraft recently.
Scheduling
Book by the hour, with an instructor if needed. Club rules for how far ahead, how long and how many bookings. Nothing gets booked on a grounded aircraft.
Maintenance
Pilots report squawks with photos. Maintenance keeps the requirements current and clears squawks, whether they do the work or a shop does.
Dues and flight credits
Monthly dues that include flight credit, in dollars or hours. Flights are charged by Hobbs or tach, credit first. Instructor time can be charged too.
Member accounts
Each pilot sees their own statement and balance. Admins see everyone's. The club collects payments its own way.
